These Terms of Service govern your use of www.frametofinishcleaning.com (the “site”), operated by Frame to Finish Cleaning Ltd. (“Frame to Finish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.
 

These Terms are separate from, and in addition to, our Operational Policies & Procedures (which govern the cleaning services you book with us) and our Privacy Policy (which explains how we handle your personal information). If you're looking for our service terms — cancellations, payment, deficiency resolution, and so on — those live in the Operational Policies document, not here.

1. Use of this site

You may browse this site and use its contact and booking-inquiry features for your own personal or business purposes related to seeking our cleaning services. You agree not to use this site: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to copy, scrape, or reproduce its content for commercial redistribution; (c) to interfere with the site's operation or security; or (d) to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

2. Information on this site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service descriptions, rates, and other information on this site accurate and up to date. However, rates and packages shown on the site are estimates and are subject to change; the quote you receive at the time of booking, and the terms in our Operational Policies, govern your actual service. We may update or remove content on this site at any time without notice.
 

3. Intellectual property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and the “Frame to Finish Cleaning” name and branding on this site are owned by, or licensed to, Frame to Finish Cleaning Ltd. and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, other than sharing a link to the site.
 

4. Content you submit to us

If you submit information through a contact form, email, or social media message (for example, to request a quote), you're agreeing that we may use it to respond to you and, where relevant, to schedule and provide services. If you sign up through our email subscription form, that's a separate, optional opt-in governed by our Privacy Policy — subscribing isn't required to book a service. If we'd like to use a testimonial, review, or photo you've shared with us for marketing purposes, we'll seek your separate consent as described in our Operational Policies and Privacy Policy.

This site may link to third-party platforms, including our Facebook and Instagram pages. We aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
